山西省科研档案管理现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Scientific Research Archives Management in Shanxi Province

随着科研活动的深入发展,科研档案管理在保障科研连续性和促进成果转化中扮演着关键角色。通过分析山西省科研档案管理的现状,探讨了山西省科研档案的管理模式、收集与归档流程、加工与组织方式以及管理与利用情况;同时,深入剖析了科研档案管理的深层次加工、多元化关联及决策支撑等需求,揭示了当前管理实践与科研发展需求之间的差距;指出山西省科研档案管理在体制机制、专业人才队伍、数字化及知识管理配套设施、信息化管理及知识利用等方面存在的不足;提出了加强档案组织和管理、建设稳定专业化档案管理队伍、加快档案信息化建设、构建创新便捷的档案利用体系等发展对策。

With the deepening development of scientific research activities,scientific research archive management plays a key role in ensuring the continuity of scientific research and promoting the transformation of achievements.This paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research archive management in Shanxi Province,explores the management mode,collection and archiving process,processing and organization methods,and management and utilization of scientific research archives in Shanxi Province.At the same time,it deeply analyzes the deep processing,diversified correlation,and decision support needs of scientific research archive management,reveals the gap between current management practices and scientific research development needs,points out the shortcomings of scientific research archive management in institutional mechanisms,professional talent teams,digital and knowledge management supporting facilities,information management,and knowledge utilization,and proposes development strategies such as strengthening archive organization and management,building a stable and professional archive management team,accelerating archive information construction,and constructing an innovative and convenient archive utilization system.
