摘要
为提高Q25H52型高速离心泵的扬程和效率,通过P-B实验选取了叶轮的3个结构参数,即叶片出口安放角、出口宽度和包角,并使用OptiSLang软件采用拉丁超立方设计方法创建了设计样本。以离心泵扬程和效率最高为优化目标,建立结构参数与优化目标之间的Kriging模型,利用遗传算法寻找叶轮最佳结构参数。研究结果表明:在额定工况下,优化后泵的效率提高了2.94%,总扬程提高了2.17 m。
In order to enhance the efficiency and head of the Q25H52 high-speed centrifugal pump,a P-B experiment is conducted to select three structural parameters:blade exit angle,exit width and wrap angle.Design samples are created using OptiSLang software and the Latin hypercube design method.With the highest head and efficiency of the centrifugal pump as the optimization objectives,a Kriging model is then established between the structural parameters and the optimizing objective.Genetic algorithm is employed to find the optimal structural parameters for the impeller.The results show that under the rated condition,the actual efficiency of the optimized pump has increased by 2.94%,and the total head has increased by 2.17 m.
