不同CaCl_(2)处理对干旱胁迫下花生幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘要 为探明不同CaCl_(2) 处理对干旱胁迫下花生幼苗生长的调控作用,以商花186为材料,在15%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫条件下,研究不同CaCl_(2) 处理对花生幼苗生长和生理指标的影响。结果表明,PEG胁迫下,CaCl_(2) 浸种和叶面喷施处理均可显著提高花生幼苗的株高和根长,增加植株鲜重和干重,提高干旱胁迫下花生幼苗叶片的SPAD值、SOD和POD活性,降低叶片MDA含量;其中40 mmol/L的CaCl_(2) 浸种和20 mmol/L的CaCl_(2) 叶面喷施效果较优。说明外源氯化钙可促进干旱胁迫下花生幼苗的生长,提高抗旱能力。 To explore the regulatory role of different CaCl_(2) treatments on peanut seedling growth under drought stress,‘Shanghua 186’was used as the material to explore seedling growth and physiological characteristics of peanuts under 15%PEG-6000 drought stress conditions.The results showed that plant height and root length significantly increased with CaCl_(2) seed soaking or foliar spraying under PEG stress conditions.Additionally,the fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were significantly promoted,and the activities of SOD and POD in peanut leaves significantly increased,while the MDA content significantly decreased.Optimal effects were observed with CaCl_(2) seed soaking at 40 mmol/L and CaCl_(2) foliar spraying at 20 mmol/L.In conclusion,different CaCl_(2) treatments effectively promote peanut seedling growth under drought stress and improve their drought resistance.
