Synucleinopathies are neurodegenerative diseases char-acterized by accumulation of misfoldedα-synuclein(α-syn)inclusions in neuronal and/or glial cells.Despite differences in the underlying pathophysiology,synucle-inopathies often are misdiagnosed,especially in early stages,due to the overlapping clinical symptoms[1].
