装配式设计在养老建筑中的应用--以某养老项目为例

Application of Prefabricated Design in Elderly Care Buildings--Taking an elderly care project as example

进入21世纪以来,我国社会老龄化问题日趋严峻,老龄化社会发展速度过快、老龄化人口基数大与国家经济发展水平低、老龄化配套产业不齐、区域间的发展水平不均衡等问题之间的矛盾日益突显。或许装配式建筑技术可以解决这个难题,养老建筑与装配式建筑的有机结合,可以有效促进我国养老建筑的快速发展,具有积极的现实意义。本文结合某养老社区项目,浅谈装配式建筑技术在养老建筑中的应用。

Since entering the 21st century,the problem of social aging has become increasingly serious in China.However,there are increasingly prominent contradictions in China’s aging society,such as the rapid development speed,large aging population base,low level of national economic development,uneven aging supporting industries,and uneven development level among regions.Perhaps the prefabricated building technology can solve this problem.The organic combination of elderly care building and prefabricated building can effectively promote the rapid development of China’s elderly care building,which has a positive practical significance.This paper discusses the application of prefabricated building technology in elderly care building in combination with a community project for the elderly care.
