Electromagnetic battle management(EMBM)is the dynamic monitoring,evaluation,planning and guidance of joint electromagnetic spectrum operations,and is the command center of implementing joint electro‑magnetic spectrum operations.Focusing on the background of electromagnetic spectrum warfare proposed by the US military,the concept definition and main contents of EMBM of the US military are analyzed.By reviewing the existing typical systems of the US military,the main characteristics of the development of EMBM in the US military are summarized.
