课堂教学中的思政元素挖掘与实践——以《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程为例

摘要 《大学生职业发展与就业指导》既是大学本科生的公共必修课程,也是训练大学生自我认知、职业认知技能,培育正确就业观念,树立职业理想的重要课程。以“生涯唤醒”一堂课为例,从挖掘思政元素、精选思政素材、设计融入方法三个角度讨论课程思政建设策略。在挖掘思政元素方面,紧扣教学重点,难点和升华点,梳理出蕴含在生涯长度、生涯宽度、生涯厚度知识中的思想价值与精神内涵,挖掘“家国情怀、思想品质、社会责任”等三个思政元素。在精选思政素材方面,围绕三个思政元素通过榜样故事,国家政策,历史人物等途径优化课程思政内容供给。在设计融入方法方面,坚持以学生为中心、产出导向,用叙事反思法促进学生的深度思考以达成课程思政育人目标。 "Career Development and Employment Guidance for College Students"is not only a compulsory public course for undergraduate students but also an important course for training college students'self-awareness and career cognitive skills,cultivating correct concepts about employment,and establishing career ideals.Taking the"Career Awakening"class as an example,this article discusses the strategies for the ideological and political construction of courses from three perspectives:exploring ideological and political elements,selecting ideological and political materials,and designing integration methods.In terms of exploring the ideological and political elements,closely focus on the teaching focus,teaching difficulties,and sublimation points,sort out the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the knowledge of career length,career width,career thickness,and explore three ideological and political elements:patriotism,ideological quality,and social responsibility.To select ideological and political materials,optimize the supply of ideological and political content in the curriculum by focusing on three ideological and political elements,such as example stories,national policies,and historical figures,and in terms of design integration methods,adhering student-centered and outputoriented approaches,and using narrative reflection to promote students'deep thinking and achieving the goal of ideological and political education in the curriculum.
