摘要
为了给百合品种分类和育种提供一定的细胞学依据,采用染色体常规制片法对8个百合品种进行了核型分析。结果表明:‘慷慨心大’‘黑魅’‘小黄龙’‘黄色行星’是二倍体,‘夕阳’‘埃尔克拉诺’‘非洲皇后’‘安娜塔西娅’为三倍体:8个百合品种的核型不对称系数为73.89%~79.61%,‘小黄龙’的核型类型为3A型,其余7个品种均为3B型;核型进化程度最高的百合品种是‘夕阳’,‘小黄龙’核型进化程度最低。聚类结果表明,‘黑魅’‘小黄龙’核型相似度较高,其余品种的核型特征较为相似。
In order to provide cytological evidence and reference for lily classification and breeding,the karyotype of 8 lily cultivars were analyzed by using coventional chromosome squash method.Results showed that'Easy beat''Black charm''Little yellow dragon'and'Yellow planet'were diploids,while'Royal sunset''El clano''African queen''Anastasia'were triploids.The asymmetrical karyotype coefficients of 8 lily cultivars ranged from 73.89%to 79.61%.Karyotype of'Little yellow dragon'belonged to 3A,while seven karyotypes of the others belonged to 3B.The lily cultivar with the highest degree of karyotype evolution was'Royal sunset',while'Little yellow dragon'was the lowest.The cluster results showed that'Black charm'and'Little yellow dragon'had high karyotype similarity,while the karyotype characteristics of the other six lily cultivars were similar.
