摘要
党建与业务融合是新形势下加强公立医院党的建设、发挥党建引领作用、助推医院高质量发展的重要抓手。本文以贵州某三甲医院为例,梳理现阶段公立医院基层党组织在党建与业务融合中存在的难点和根源,探讨提出通过加强政治引领、健全责任体系、创建党建品牌和科学设置考核体系等方式,找到党建与业务互融互促的切入点,推动党建与业务同频共振、同向发力,为医院各项工作协同高质量发展提供坚强的组织保障。
Integrating party building with business operations is a crucial approach in strengthening the Party's leadership in public hospitals under new circumstances,playing a leading role in promoting high-quality hospital development.This paper uses a Grade III Level A hospital in Guizhou as a case study to identify the challenges and root causes faced by grassroots Party organizations in public hospitals during the integration of party building with business.It proposes solutions such as strengthening political leadership,establishing a comprehensive responsibility system,creating party-building brands,and scientifically setting up assessment systems to find the intersection of mutual promotion between party building and business.This integration aims to achieve synchronous resonance and unified efforts between party building and business,providing strong organizational support for the coordinated and high-quality development of all hospital operations.
