Exploration and improvement of talent cultivation models in general hospitals under centralization and specialization

现有医院人才培养体系在中心化与专业化趋势下,综合医院人才培养模式面临新的挑战。通过对两种趋势下综合医院的变化以及当前医学教育模式的深入分析,揭示了其局限性和创新性,并指出患者需求多样化及技术进步对医院人才培养模式提出了新的要求。为了应对这些挑战,应当完善教育体系、加强师资队伍建设、推动国际化合作与交流等持续开展创新策略。综合医院应持续创新,打造医疗领域人才培养多元国际化专业体系。

The existing talent cultivation systems in hospitals face new challenges under the trends of centralization and specialization.By analyzing the changes in general hospitals under these trends and the current medical education models,this study reveals their limitations and innovations.It also highlights the new demands placed on hospital talent cultivation models by the diversification of patient needs and technological advancements.To address these challenges,it is necessary to improve the educational system,strengthen the faculty,and promote international cooperation and exchange through continuous innovative strategies.General hospitals should continuously innovate to create a diverse,international,and specialized talent cultivation system in the medical field.
