特发性肺纤维化指南质量评价及内容分析研究

Quality evaluation and content analysis of guidelines for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

目的评价特发性肺纤维化指南质量,为今后指南的制定提供参考。方法检索相关数据库和网站,以建库起至2024年2月为检索时间,选出符合标准的指南。使用AGREEⅡ指南质量评价工具和澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心指南评价工具分别对循证指南和共识指南进行评价,并整理分析出主要推荐意见。结果选出符合标准的指南10篇,其中,JBI循证指南8篇,共识指南2篇。8篇循证指南中A级文献2篇、B级文献8篇,各领域标准化得分为:范围与目的(73.61%)、牵涉人员(80.55%)、严谨性(72.14%)、清晰性(75.70%)、适用性(59.90%)、独立性(68.23%);2篇共识指南的评价结果均为“纳入”。整理出指南主要推荐意见。结论所选指南在总体上质量较高,值得信赖,在指南适用性领域应加以改进。临床医师要及时了解指南的最新动态。

Objective To evaluate the quality of guidelines for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,so as to provide reference for the formulation of guidelines in the future.Methods The relevant databases and websites were searched,and the guidelines that met the standards were screened out with the search time from the establishment of the database to February 2024.The AGREEⅡguideline quality evaluation tool and the JBI guideline evaluation tool were used to evaluate the evidence-based guidelines and consensus guidelines respectively,and the main recommendations were sorted out and analyzed.Results Ten guidelines that met the criteria were selected,including 8 evidence-based guidelines and 2 consensus guidelines.Among the 8 evidence-based guidelines,2 were A-level literature and 8 were B-level literature.The standardized scores of each field were:scope and purpose(73.61%),stakeholder involvement(80.55%),rigor of development(72.14%),clarity of presentation(75.70%),applicability(59.90%),editorial independence(68.23%).The quality evaluation results of the two consensus guidelines were“included”.Conclusion The selected guidelines are generally of high quality,and should be improved in the field of guideline applicability.Clinicians should keep abreast of the latest developments in the guidelines.
