基于“岗课赛证”融通的电气控制与PLC课程改革探究

摘要 以机械制造及自动化专业的专业核心课程“电气控制与PLC”为例,对基于“岗课赛证”融通四位一体育人理念的课程进行改革和探究。通过深入分析职业岗位、相关技能赛项以及职业技能等级证书的要求,将“岗赛证”融入“课”程体系的建设中。以课程中的电动机正反转控制电路设计安装与调试项目为例,具体介绍了基于“岗课赛证”融通的教学改革,包括教学目标、教学设备、教学方法、课程思政和考核评价。相比传统课程模式,本课程模式能够切实提升教学质量,助力于装备制造业培养高素质技术技能人才,为电气控制与PLC相关课程改革提供借鉴与参考。 Taking“Electrical Control and PLC”,the core course in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation speciality,as an example,this paper explores course reform based on the four-in-one education concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”.Through in-depth analysis of the re-quirements of vocational posts,relevant skill competitions and vocational skill level certificates,the“Post-Competition-Certificate”is integrated into the construction of“course”program system.Tak-ing the design,installation and commissioning project of the positive and negative motor control cir-cuit in the course as an example,the teaching reform is specifically introduced,including teaching objectives,teaching equipment,teaching methods,curriculum ideology and politics,and evalua-tion.Compared with the traditional curriculum mode,this curriculum mode can effectively improve teaching quality,help the equipment manufacturing industry to cultivate high-quality technical tal-ents,and provide reference for curriculum reform related to Electrical Control and PLC course.
