To solve the problem of unbalanced and uncoordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the CPC Central Committee led by General Secretary Xi Jinping has formulated the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integrated Development Strategy which is rich in philosophical implications of Marxism.From a materialistic point of view,the strategy not only embodies the objective law of regional optimization,but also reflects a demand of high-quality development driven by new development concepts.In the respect of epistemology,the strategy made on the basis of practice is a new concept of innovative development.From a dialectical perspective,the theory of the strategy fo-cuses on key issues arising in development,attaching great importance to respectively dealing with the relationship of"give and get","one core and two sub-cores"and"break-through and sustained improvement".According to materialistic conception of history,the strategy is remarkable in resolving contradictions arising in social and econornic de-velopment from the standpoint of the people.It is important to base our practice on the strategy and well understand its philosophical implications,which will help us implement the strategy and other related practical matters in a compehersive and systematic way.
