京津冀协同对天津市信创产业的影响研究

The Influence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integrated Development on the Industry of IT Application Innovation in Tianjin

本文基于2011—2022年京津冀地区相关数据,构建京津冀协同、信创产业及中介变量指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、线性回归及Bootstrap中介效应模型验证了京津冀协同对天津市信创产业的赋能路径。结果表明:京津冀协同可直接影响天津市信创产业的发展,也可通过产业互补、区域竞合和对外开放三方面中介间接发挥作用,且实证结果显著、稳健。故此提出建立权威信创组织,坚持共建共管共享理念,加强京津冀产业分工,引导京津冀城市群良性竞合以及充分发挥天津港优势,扩大高水平对外开放的政策建议。

Based on relevant data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructs an index system to study the relation between the integrat-ed development of the region and the industry of IT application innovation,including some intermediary variables.The coupling coordination degree model,linear regression and bootstrap mesomeric effect model are adopted to verify the empowering path of the former onto the latter.The results show that the former can affect the development of the latter either in a direct or indirect way through complementation between industries,com-petition and cooperation among regions and opening-up to the outside world.The empiri-cal results are significant and stable.Based on the research,some policy suggestions are put forward as follows:to establish an authority managing the industry of IT application innovation,to uphold the concept of collaboration,participation and common interests,to strengthen the industrial division of labor in the region,to direct the city clusters in the region into a benign relationship of competition and cooperation,to give full play to the advantages of Tianjin Port,and to expand the high-level opening-up.
