“新时代好青年”的提出背景、理论逻辑与化育策略

摘要 习近平总书记对“新时代好青年”提出的“有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗”四个标准,既是基于实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代之需,又是面对世界百年未有之大变局的因应之策,具有极强的现实指导意义。深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于“新时代好青年”的重要论述,应从中华优秀传统文化育人思想、马列主义经典作家关于人的全面发展理论、中国共产党人关于青年工作的经验总结等不同维度,探寻“新时代好青年”提出的理论逻辑。通过持续加强理想信念教育、坚持在实践中检验担当、将吃苦作为青春新风尚、大力弘扬伟大奋斗精神等方式,精准探索化育“新时代好青年”的行动策略。 General Secretary Xi Jinping's four criteria for good youth in the new era,namely,"idealistic,courageous,able to endure hardship,and willing to struggle",are both based on the needs of the times for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and are also a response to the great changes that have not occurred in the world for a hundred years,which are of great practical guiding significance.In-depth study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on good youth in the new era,we should look for the theoretical logic of the"four standards"of good youth in the new era from the different dimensions of the nurturing ideas of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the theories of the classic Marxist-Leninist writers on the all-around development of human beings,and the summaries of the Chinese Communist Party's experience in youth work.Through continuously strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,insisting on testing one's commitment in practice,taking hardship as a new youthful trend,and vigorously carrying forward the spirit of great struggle,we will precisely explore the action strategies for nurturing the good young people of the new era.
