变压器油流逆止阀失效分析与改进

摘要 变压器油流逆止阀可以防止冷却器系统内循环油短路,保障变压器冷却系统冷却效率;但受逆止阀设计、制造及选型等方面的影响,逆止阀部件脱落的案例偶有发生,一旦阀体部件脱落则会随着强迫油循环进入到变压器器身内部,影响到变压器安全可靠的运行。本文针对2起变压器逆止阀失效案例,对其失效的根本原因进行分析,指出油流逆止阀在设计、制造过程中存在的不足,并提出了相应的改进建议;同时对逆止阀的安装运维提出了优化建议。 The transformer oil flow check valve can prevent the short circuit of circulating oil in the cooler system and ensure the cooling efficiency of the transformer cooling system.However,due to the influence of the design,manufacture and selection of the check valve,the case of the falling off of the check valve parts occasionally occurs.Once the valve body parts fall off,they will enter the transformer body with the forced oil circulation,affecting the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.Aiming at two failure cases of transformer check valve,this paper analyzes the root cause of its failure,points out the shortcomings of oil flow check valve in the design and manufacturing process,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.At the same time,the optimization suggestions for the installation and operation of the check valve are put forward.
