核电厂化学和容积控制系统阀门气动杆断裂原因探究

摘要 某核电厂化学和容积控制系统(RCV)阀门气动杆断裂故障,为明确问题根本原因,避免事件再次发生,本文通过气动杆材料性能分析、强度校核计算、阀门动作频次分析及拆卸过程受力情况分析等分析故障原因,提出由于阀门在拆卸过程中上膜盒一侧螺栓漏拆而造成隔膜盒单侧张口,进而导致阀门气动杆异常受力发生断裂。该事件的分析过程为后续类似问题的分析和处理提供一定借鉴意义。 A nuclear power plant chemical and volume control system(RCV)valve pneumatic rod fracture failure.In order to clarify the root cause of the problem and avoid the recurrence of the event,this paper analyzes the causes of the failure through the analysis of the material performance of the pneumatic rod,the calculation of the strength check,the analysis of the valve action frequency and the analysis of the force during the disassembly process.It is proposed that the leakage of the bolts on the side of the upper diaphragm box during the disassembly process of the valve causes the unilateral opening of the diaphragm box,which leads to the abnormal force of the valve pneumatic rod fracture.The analysis process of this event provides some reference for the analysis and processing of similar problems in the future.
