摘要
膨胀节中的接管选用双相不锈钢S-03和波纹管选用奥氏体不锈钢316L材料的焊接,焊接工艺采用钨极氩弧焊。目的是为了得到强度高于奥氏体不锈钢316L的焊缝组织,保证膨胀节产品焊缝不再是强度薄弱点,提高膨胀节产品的耐压力,保证膨胀节产品的可靠性,延长膨胀节产品使用周期,使膨胀节产品满足工程需要。为了获得满足要求的焊缝组织,通过对双相不锈钢、奥氏体不锈钢及Ni基合金焊接性能分析,确定焊接方法、焊接工艺参数。采用S-659焊丝焊接双相不锈钢S-03与奥氏体不锈钢316L时,可以得到强度高于奥氏体不锈钢316L的焊缝组织,提高膨胀节产品的可靠性和使用周期。
The nozzle in the expansion joint is welded by duplex stainless steel S-03 and the bellows are welded by austenitic stainless stel 316L.The welding process is tungsten argon arc welding.The purpose is to obtain the weld structure with higher strength than austenitic stainless steel 316L,ensure that the weld of the expansion joint product is no longer a weak point of strength,improve the pressure resistance of the expansion joint product,ensure the reliability of the expansion joint product,prolong the service life of the expansion joint product,and make the expansion joint product meet the needs of the project.In order to meet the requirements of the weld structure,the welding method and welding process parameters are determined through the analysis of the welding performance of duplex stainless steel,austenitic stainless steel and Ni-based alloy.When S-659 welding wire is used to weld duplex stainless steel S-03 and austenitic stainless steel 316L,the weld structure with higher strength than austenitic stainless steel 316L can be obtained,which improves the reliability and service life of expansion joint products.
