摘要
针对球阀阀杆头部与球体接触部位的研究,通过理论计算的方式,采用等强度设计原则,提供了一个球阀阀杆头部尺寸的优化设计方法,确定主要尺寸对接触部位挤压应力的影响,给出了设计图表,对于不同的阀杆头部深度h,匹配一个最佳的扁身宽度值a,减少了阀杆头部与球体接触部位的挤压应力,优化了阀杆头部尺寸的设计,提高了阀门启闭动作性能,同时为设计者提供经验数值,可快速完成阀杆头部尺寸的最优设计。
Aiming at the research on the contact part between the valve stem head and the ball,an optimal design method of the valve stem head size is provided by theoretical calculation and the principle of equal strength design.The influence of the main size on the extrusion stress at the contact part is determined,and the design chart is given.For different valve stem head depths h,matching an optimal flat body width value a reduces the extrusion stress at the contact part between the valve stem head and the ball,optimizes the design of the valve stem head size,improves the performance of valve opening and closing,and provides designers with it.
