PTA用钛合金蝶阀蝶板设计与分析

摘要 蝶阀是目前PTA(Purified terephthalic acid)行业管路系统中常用的阀门之一。前期研制表明采用不锈钢材料制作的28寸蝶阀的蝶板在进行试验时无可见泄漏,而采用钛合金材料制作蝶板时密封面处存在介质渗漏问题。因此本文以28寸蝶阀为研究对象,首先分析不同材料和结构形式对蝶板整体刚度以及密封性能的影响,并采用数值模拟得到相同工况下不同材料和结构下蝶板的位移变形情况;其次通过试验验证阀门的密封可靠性;最后通过对结构进行优化以补充材料变形量产生的影响,给出合理的蝶板设计方案,为PTA行业蝶阀的蝶板材料选择及结构设计提供参考。 Currently,the butterfly valve stands as a pivotal component in pipeline systems within the PTA(Purified terephthalic acid)industry.Initial investigations have revealed a stark contrast in performance between stainless steel and titanium alloy butterfly plates of a 28-inch butterfly valve.Specifically,the stainless steel plate exhibited no discernible leakage during testing,whereas the titanium alloy plate suffered from medium leakage at the sealing interface.Consequently,this article focuses its lens on the 28-inch butterfly valve.Firstly,we delved into the impact of diverse materials and structural configurations on the overall stiffness and sealing capabilities of the butterfly plate.To this end,numerical simulations are employed to quantify the displacement and deformation of the butterfly plate under identical operating conditions,but with varying materials and structural designs.Secondly,the study substantiated the sealing reliability of the valve through rigorous experimentation.Lastly,we proposed a refined structural design that mitigated the effects of material deformation,thereby offering a pragmatic butterfly plate design solution.This not only enhanced the valve′s performance but also served as a valuable reference for material selection and structural design considerations in the PTA industry.
