摘要
在上装式球阀设计中,大部分不具备真正的在线维修功能;在工厂的装配环节,也是通过流道推拉阀座的形式而实现。当阀门与管道焊接在一起后,要实现在线维修功能就必须保证在不切割两侧管道时,能通过阀体的中法兰将内件拆除。通过这种新的工装,在上盖拆除后,将工装用压板从中法兰压入,可将两端的阀座组件撑开,球体可以从工装的内腔提升吊装出来,随后再移出阀座组件,不会对内件造成损伤;再次组装时,采用相反的顺序即可,能真正在管线上实现上装球阀的在线维修。
In the design of top-mounted ball valves,most of them do not have real online maintenance functions.The assembly process in the factory is also realized in the form of flow channel push-pull valve seat.When the valve and the pipeline are welded together,in order to realize the online maintenance function,it is necessary to ensure that the internals can be removed through the middle flange of the valve body without cutting the pipelines on both sides.Through this new tooling,after the upper cover is removed,the tooling plate is pressed into the middle flange,and the valve seat components at both ends can be opened.The ball can be lifted from the inner cavity of the tooling,and then removed from the valve seat components,without causing damage to the internals.When assembling again,the opposite order can be used,which can truly realize the on-line maintenance of the ball valve on the pipeline.
