基于超高压球阀在油气行业中的重要性,阐述目前大口径超高压球阀的研究背景及国内外市场对超高压球阀的需求发展趋势;结合目前高压球阀壳体密封结构,从密封件、密封形式、螺栓载荷等方面进行分析并提出优化方案;针对在超高压介质作用下的密封副开裂、球面冒汗现象进行涂层分析,优化喷涂工艺。通过优化壳体密封结构、优化喷涂工艺,解决密封件由于高压挤出间隙的问题、减少螺栓载荷、降低成本、确保密封副密封的可靠性,为该类阀门的设计提供参考。

Based on the importance of ultra-high pressure ball valves in the oil and gas industry,the research background of large-diameter ultra-high pressure ball valves and the demand development trend of ultra-high pressure ball valves in domestic and foreign markets are described.Combined with the current sealing structure of high pressure ball valve shell,the optimization scheme is put forward from the aspects of seal,sealing form and bolt load.The coating analysis was carried out on the cracking and spherical sweating of the sealing pair under the action of ultra-high pressure medium,and the spraying process was optimized.By optimizing the sealing structure of the shell and optimizing the spraying process,the problem of high pressure extrusion gap of the seal is solved,the bolt load is reduced,the cost is reduced,and the reliability of the sealing pair is ensured,which provides a reference for the design of this kind of valve.
