摘要
以核电厂某核岛系统楔形闸阀为例,结合其使用环境、结构特点和运维检修数据分析,基于FMEA分析、风险管控评估和可靠性建模计算,对其预防性解体维修周期进行了优化评估。研究结果表明:该楔形闸阀具备解体周期延长条件,阀门解体周期延长对缩减核电厂不必要的维修资源投入、降低维修辐射剂量,以及缩短大修关键路径有直接贡献。
Taking the wedge-shaped gate valve of a nuclear power plant's nuclear island system as an example,and combines its usage environment,structural characteristics,and analysis of operation and maintenance data.Based on FMEA analysis,risk control analysis,and reliability modeling calculation,the preventive disassembly and maintenance cycle is optimized and evaluated.The research results show that the wedge gate valves in the nuclear island system of nuclear power plants have the conditions for extending the disassembly cycle,and the reliability indicators of the valves after the cycle extension can meet the requirements of the nuclear power plant.The extension of valve disassembly interval has a direct contribution to reducing unnecessary maintenance resource investment,reducing maintenance radiation dose,and shortening the critical path of major repairs in nuclear power plants.
