安全阀校验数字化采集的研究与应用

摘要 随着新时代检验检测领域的不断发展,对安全阀的校验方式、校验设备等方面提出了更高的要求,常规的安全阀校验装置逐渐暴露出校验效率低、校验误差大等问题。本文建立了安全阀开启系统终端操作软件的需求模型和对象模型,并针对安全阀校验方式路径优化问题的采集模型,将数据采集器、工控直交流、串行接口、电源滤波与压力变送器组合,通过在压力试验台管道旁路加装压力变送器连接数据采集器和压力开启系统终端操作,对原有校验设备进行优化和改装升级。实际校验采集试验表明了数据采集算法的有效性、安全阀开启(整定压力)和密封性试验数据的准确性,为安全阀校验数字化采集的应用提供了基础。 With the continuous development of the field of inspection and testing in the new era,higher requirements have been put forward for the calibration methods and equipment of safety valves.The conventional safety valve calibration device has gradually exposed problems such as low calibration efficiency and large calibration error.In this paper,the demand model and object model of the terminal operation software of the safety valve opening system are established.Aiming at the acquisition model of the path optimization problem of the safety valve calibration method,the data collector,industrial direct AC,serial interface,power filter and pressure transmitter are combined.By adding a pressure transmitter to the pipeline bypass of the pressure test bench to connect the data collector and the terminal operation of the pressure opening system,the original calibration equipment is optimized and upgraded.The actual verification collection test has shown the effectiveness of the data collection algorithm,the accuracy of the safety valve opening(set pressure)and sealing test data,providing a foundation for the application of digital collection for safety valve verification.
