数字经济空间关联与区域经济增长——来自中国省域层面的经验证据

Research on Spatial Correlation of Digital Economy and Regional Economic Growth—An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

文章通过构建有向加权的空间关联网络刻画省域间数字经济空间关联关系,实证检验网络节点特征对区域经济增长的影响。研究发现:2013—2021年,我国数字经济整体发展水平显著提升,但区域间发展差异突出。我国省际数字经济空间关联网络的通达性不强,呈现地理聚集性,具有典型的“核心-边缘”特征,由东部发达地区构成的净受益板块对数字资源的“虹吸效应”明显。此外,网络中节点地位的差异性明显,具有明显的层级分化特征,节点地区有向转变中心性和控制力对区域经济增长有显著的正向影响,说明数字经济产生的区域联动效应和关联溢出效应对提升经济发展水平具有重要的驱动作用。

Constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the connotation of the digital economy and on the basis of panel data from 30 provinces from 2013 to 2021,a directed weighted spatial correlation network is constructed to depict the digital economic connections between provinces.Using social network analysis methods to deeply analyze spatial correlation network characteristics and empirically test the impact of network node characteristics on regional economic development.Research has found that the overall development level of the digital economy has significantly improved,but regional differences in development are still prominent.The accessibility of the inter provincial digital economy spatial correlation network is low,presenting geographical clustering and typical"core-edge"characteristics.Furthermore,the net benefit plate composed of a few developed eastern regions has a significant"siphon effect"on digital resources.The differences in the status of nodes in the network are significant,with obvious hierarchical differentiation characteristics.The directed alter-based centrality and control power of node provinces have a significant positive impact on regional economic growth,indicating that the regional linkage and correlation spillover of the digital economy play an important driving role in improving the level of economic development.
