China has made significant strides in railway bridge construction and is now at a pivotal stage of transitioning from a major railway bridge nation to a leading one.In alignment with the national railway's central objective of"promoting high-quality railway development and spearheading railway modernization,"this paper provides a comprehensive summary of the current state of railway bridge development in China.It analyzes the necessity for modern design and high-quality development,delves into the fundamental concepts of modern railway bridge design,and proposes strategies for achieving high-quality development.This study aims to offer theoretical guidance and practical reference for the transformation and upgrading of Chinas railway bridges.
