In recent years,complex economic clauses and numerous investment agreements have caused the international trade and investment rules system to lose its development direction.Especially in the social background of unstable trade environment,how to realize the reconstruction of international trade and investment rules on the basis of avoiding economic monopoly has become an urgent problem for the international community.In order to make the investment rules adapt to the economic development needs of both developed and developing countries,the formulation of the reconstruction strategy of international trade and investment rules must also adhere to the principle of taking commodity trade as the basis and expanding service trade as the goal,and maintain the prosperity and development of the trade and investment market while ensuring the steady growth of the international economy,so as to realize economic globalization in a true sense.
