摘要
通过对电石法PVC聚合工艺与全厂热平衡的研究,指出依据电石法工艺单体的质量特点,在大型聚合釜生产中易出现杂质数,表观密度,粒径分布,黏数波动大且伴有蒸汽消耗高、挥发分易不合格、筛余物过多及装置多样化易出现能量流失等问题。通过深入研究,给出了合理的解决方案。
Through the research on the PVC polymerization process by calcium carbide method and the heat balance of the entire plant,it is pointed out that according to the quality characteristics of the monomer of the calcium carbide process,problems such as a large number of impurities,apparent density,particle size distribution,large fluctuations in viscosity number,accompanied by high steam consumption,volatile matter being prone to disqualification,excessive sieve residue,and energy loss due to device diversification are prone to occur in the production of large-scale polymerization kettles.Through in-depth research,reasonable solutions are given.
