工业机器人应用对制造业绿色化转型的影响研究

摘要 本文以我国微观制造业企业工业机器人应用与能耗污染数据为样本,实证考察了工业机器人应用对制造业企业绿色化转型的影响及作用机制。研究发现:工业机器人应用能够显著降低我国制造业企业的污染物排放强度与能源消耗强度,这一结论通过了工具变量检验、替换核心指标、剔除重要环境规制政策及替换样本等多种稳健性检验。工业机器人应用通过优化能源配置、调整产品结构以及强化末端治理对制造业企业绿色化转型产生了显著影响。进一步研究发现,工业机器人应用对制造业绿色化转型的影响在高污染排放度、所处行业竞争激烈及所处地区政府支持力度较高的企业中较为突出。 With the data of industrial robot application and energy consumption pollution of China’s micromanufacturing enterprises as samples,we examined the impact and mechanism of industrial robot application on the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.It is found that industrial robot application can significantly reduce the pollutant emission intensity and energy consumption intensity of China’s manufacturing enterprises,and this conclusion passes a variety of robustness tests such as instrumental variables test,replacement of core indicators,exclusion of important environmental regulatory policies and replacement of samples.The application of industrial robots significantly contributes to the green transformation of the manufacturing industry through optimising energy allocation,adjusting product structure and strengthening end treatment.Further research found that the impact of industrial robots on the green transformation of the manufacturing industry is more prominent in enterprises with high pollution,fierce competition in the industry,and higher government support in the region.
