受阻胺光稳定剂研究进展

Research Progress of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer Industry

摘要 由于受阻胺光稳定剂对聚合物的光稳定效果显著优于紫外线吸收剂和猝灭剂,目前已成为我国主流的光稳定剂产品,相关研究文献较多。本文对近年来我国受阻胺光稳定剂的应用研究、检测现状、产品研发进行了总结,并对未来发展方向提出了建议,旨在给光稳定剂生产和使用企业提供一些行业发展信息,为监管部门和从事相关检验工作的人员提供方法参考。 Due to the significantly superior light stabilization effect of hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS)on polymers compared to ultraviolet absorbers and quenching agents,HALS have become the predominant light stabilizer products in China.Over the past several years,research related to HALS has been the most active among publications on light stabilizers.This paper reviews recent advancements in the application,current testing status,and product development of HALS in China.It also offers suggestions for future development.The aim is to provide industry development insights to manufacturers and users of light stabilizers,offer methodological references to proffessionals engaged in related inspections,and provide technical support to regulatory authorities,enabling them to dynamically adjust their supervisory strategies for a more targeted approach.
