摘要
目的:探究双能CT定量容积骨密度测量诊断骨质疏松相关骨折的准确性。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年5月我院收治的196例骨质疏松相关骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同的检测方法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各98例。对照组采用双能X线吸收法诊断,研采用究组双能CT定量容积骨密度测量诊断。比较2组诊断效果。结果:研究组的临床诊断结果、临床诊断效均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床诊断准确率、诊断满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨质疏松相关骨折诊断过程中,双能CT定量容积骨密度测量可以大幅度提升临床诊断准确率,优化各项诊断结果,诊断满意度提升,诊断效果显著。
Objective:To explore the accuracy of dual-energy CT quantitative volumetric bone mineral density measurement in the diagnosis of osteoporotic-related fractures.Methods:196 patients with osteoporosine-related fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different detection methods,with 98 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by dual-energy X-ray absorption method,and the study group was diagnosed by dual-energy CT quantitative volume bone mineral density measurement.The diagnostic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical diagnosis results and clinical diagnosis effectiveness of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy and satisfaction of clinical diagnosis in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis process of osteoporosis related fractures,dual-energy CT quantitative volume bone mineral density measurement can greatly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,optimize the diagnostic results,improve the diagnostic satisfaction,and the diagnostic effect is significant.
