Provenance Research Project on Chinese Cultural Objects Lost During the Invasion of the Eight-nation Alliance Presentation by Mr.Lou Wei,Deputy Director of the Palace Museum,at the International Conference on the Protection and Return of Cultural Objects Removed from Colonial Contexts

Thanks to the National Cultural Heritage Administration for the invitation.I am honored to represent the Palace Museum at this international conference and to report on the"Provenance Research Project on Chinese Cultural Objects Lost during the Invasion of the Eight-nation Alliance"that our museum has been collaborating on with Germany.Our German partners have just provided some introductions,and I will mainly supplement from the Chinese perspective.
