摘要
冷轧边丝的在线处理,目前主要采用的碎边剪、废边卷取机、压块机等方式,存在易堵边、易发生危险等缺陷。本文提出了一种冷轧边丝在线撕碎系统,能有效的避免上述问题。为实现该工艺方案,本文分别对边丝在落料系统中的盘料与储料问题进行分析,结合压杆稳定模型与产线的工艺参数,提出了冷轧边丝在线撕碎落料系统的计算方法。基于该方法,在冷轧边丝在线撕碎落料系统在设计中,边丝盘料空间高度由边丝自重与失稳共同决定,边丝储料空间高度由产线工艺参数以及需求储料时间共同决定,由此为该系统的设计提供了理论基础。
The online processing of cold-rolled edge mainly adopts methods such as edge cutting,waste edge coiling machine,and block pressing machine,which have defects such as easy edge blockage.This article proposes an online shredding system for cold-rolled edge,which can effectively avoid the above-mentioned problems.To achieve this process plan,this article analyzes the issues of coiling and storage of waste edges in the feeding system,and combines the pressure bar stability model with the process parameters of the production line to propose a calculation method for the online tearing and feeding system of cold-rolled edge wire.Based on this method,in the design of the cold rolled edge wire online tearing and dropping system,the height of the waste edges coiling space is determined by the self weight and instability of the waste edges,and the height of the waste edges storage space is determined by the process parameters and the required storage time.This provides a theoretical basis for the design of the system.
