摘要
针对在连续退火阶段带钢生产过程中出现麻点及表面氧化色的缺陷,本文结合现场的增湿系统及生产参数,通过对RTF段和SF段露点进行优化从而改善麻点及表面氧化色的缺陷。主要通过收集现场数据,得到钢种参数、生产工艺参数、增湿系统喷嘴开度,根据钢种参数计算出不同钢种不同元素的摩尔浓度,根据生产工艺参数计算出表面溶解氧的浓度及相应元素的临界摩尔浓度。通过建立增湿系统喷嘴开度信息与炉内露点温度的关系,对喷嘴开度进行调节,进而完成露点温度的优化。在模型投入后表面麻点深度变浅,带钢产品合格率明显提高。
