基于电液比例控制的液压缸性能检测平台设计

摘要 设计一个适用于现代液压缸性能检测的液压缸试验台。本文首先拟定了系统设计方案,选择调速方式与液压站的组成及试验台台架的安装方式,根据要求完成液压缸的选择,进而通过刚确定的液压缸参数来计算系统压力与流量,然后根据液压缸试验台设计要求设计出液压系统原理图,然后依据设计好的原理图对液压缸试验台运行工况及改进之处进行叙述,之后对液压元件计算选型,最后绘制出试验台的整体结构图。液压缸试验台可以有效的检测液压缸的性能和质量,同时可以有效提高生产效率,降低工作强度。本文设计的液压缸台不仅可以测试多种型号的液压缸,而且易于实现高精度控制,有效的检验液压缸的故障,并且易于维护。 To design a hydraulic cylinder test bench suitable for modern hydraulic cylinder performance testing. Methods: This paper first proposed the system design scheme, select the method of speed regulation and the composition of the hydraulic station and the installation of the test platform, according to the selection of the hydraulic cylinder, and then calculate the system pressure and flow by the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder, then according to the design of the design requirements of the hydraulic cylinder test platform, and then describe the design of the hydraulic diagram, and then draw the overall structure of the test platform. Results: The hydraulic cylinder test bench can effectively test the performance and quality of the hydraulic cylinder, and can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the working intensity. Conclusion: The hydraulic cylinder table designed in this paper can not only test various types of hydraulic cylinder, but also easy to achieve high precision control, effectively check the failure of the hydraulic cylinder, and easy to maintain.
