锻压机床液压系统状态监测系统研究

Research on Hydraulic System Status Monitoring System for the Forging Machine

摘要 为了提高锻压机床的可靠性,降低锻压机床在工作过程中的故障率。以RZU薄板拉伸机床为例,分析了锻压机床的机构和液压系统,整理了锻压机床常见故障的特点,并在此基础上设计出锻压机床液压系统状态监测系统,可以用于锻压机床的液压系统维护和快速准确的进行故障诊断,减少锻压机床故障带来的的经济损失,可以保证人身安全和进行远程设备管理。 In order to improve the reliability of forging machine tools and reduce the failure rate during operation,taking the RZU thin plate stretching machine tool as an example,the mechanism and hydraulic system of the forging machine tool were analyzed,and the common faults of the forging machine tool were summarized.Based on this,a hydraulic system status monitoring system for the forging machine tool was designed,which can be used for the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the forging machine tool and for fast and accurate fault diagnosis,Reducing the economic losses caused by forging machine failures can ensure personal safety and remote equipment management.
