摘要
国内第一批焦炉SCR装置在建设时普通选用了中温催化剂(220℃~230℃,钒钛系)。随着技术的进步,目前低温催化剂(180℃,钒钛系)已经应用成熟。本文着重对第一批焦炉SCR装置更换低温催化剂的可行性、更换成本、节能效益、日后运行的经济性分情况进行了详细论述。
The first batch of coke oven SCR plants in China generally used medium temperature catalysts(220℃~230℃,Vanadium titanium series)during construction.With the progress of technology,low-temperature catalysts(180℃,Vanadium titanium series)have been widely used.This article focuses on the feasibility,cost,energy-saving benefits,and economic benefits of replacing low-temperature catalysts in the first batch of coke oven SCR units.
