3DR减压阀是液压系统中比较特殊的一种压力阀,在轧钢企业各板带热轧生产线中普遍使用,由于现场检维人员对该阀不甚了解,导致该阀发生故障时无从下手,因此笔者根据多年实践编写本文。文章首先详细介绍了该减压阀的内部结构、工作机能,其次在此基础上介绍了该减压阀在热轧生产线的具体应用,然后再对其故障产生的原因进行分析,最后针对其故障进一步讲述了应该采取的处理方法和预防措施。相信通过本文,有助于提高检维人员维护、故障诊断和处理能力。

3DR pressure reducing valve is a special type of pressure valve in hydraulic systems,which is widely used in various hot rolling production lines of stel rolling enterprises.Due to the lack of understanding of the valve by on-site inspection and maintenance personnel,it is difficult to start when the valve malfunctions.Therefore,the author has written this article based on years of practice.The article first provides a detailed introduction to the internal structure and working function of the pressure reducing valve.Secondly,based on this,it introduces the specific application of the pressure reducing valve in the hot rolling production line.Then,it analyzes the causes of its faults.Finally,it further discusses the handling methods and preventive measures that should be taken for its faults.I believe that this article will help improve the maintenance,fault diagnosis,and handling capabilities of maintenance personnel.
