公立儿童医院促进儿科就医均等化实践探析

Practice of promoting equal access to pediatric medical care in public children's hospitals

近年来,我国儿童医疗卫生服务资源短缺和分布不均问题依旧存在,本文以北京儿童医院为促进儿科就医均等化,开展国家儿童区域医疗中心项目、北京市紧密型儿科医联体、托管项目、技术合作与对口支援项目、跨区域专科联盟(福棠儿童医学发展研究中心)等合作项目实践为例,分析总结在推动儿童医疗卫生资源合理布局和均衡发展,解决儿科分级诊疗落地困难过程中遇到的问题,并提出推动儿科均等化就医和优化服务体系合理化建议。

In recent years,the problem of shortage and uneven distribution of children's medical and health service resources in China still exists.Beijing Children's Hospital has practised to promote equalization of pediatric medical care by carrying out the National Children's Regional Medical Center Co-construction Project,Beijing Close Pediatric Medical Alliance,and Trusteeship Projects,technical cooperation and counterpart support projects,cross-regional specialty alliances(Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development),and other cooperation projects.Using these practices as examples,this article analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered in promoting the rational layout and balanced development of children's medical and health resources and solving the difficulties in landing pediatric grading diagnosis and treatment,and puts forward suggestions for promoting equal medical treatment and optimizing the pediatric service system.
