视频终端视相关性干眼症的机制研究进展

摘要 由于眼表损伤、眨眼频率降低、睑板腺功能紊乱等原因,长时间的视频终端(VDT)操作引起泪膜状态不稳定,是干眼症重要风险因素。VDT引起的干眼症发病机理尚不明确,近年来,其发生率逐年上升,并伴有年轻化趋势,严重影响了国民健康。本研究基于VDT使用与干眼症的相关诊断、症状、体征,对VDT相关性干眼症损伤机制与干预治疗进行综述,期望为完善系统的诊断标准与治疗方案提供有益参考。 Due to ocular surface injury,reduced blink rate,and meibomian gland dysfunction,prolonged operation of visual display terminal(VDT)may lead to an unstable tear film,which is a significant risk factor for dry eye.The pathogenesis of VDT-induced dry eye remains unclear.In recent years,there has been a continuous increase in its incidence,particularly among younger individuals,significantly impacting public health.This paper reviews the etiology and intervention strategies for VDT-related dry eye based on the diagnosis of symptoms and signs associated with VDT use,with an aim to provide valuable insights for improving systematic diagnostic criteria and treatment plans for this condition.
