卵巢透明细胞癌是一种特殊病理类型的卵巢上皮性肿瘤,相对罕见,对女性健康造成严重威胁,其病理学和遗传学特征上与卵巢上皮癌存在较大差异,发病原因尚不明确。其治疗目前主要依靠手术治疗和药物化疗,但晚期卵巢透明细胞癌易发生耐药,预后较差。随着基因检测的普及以及新型药物的应用,卵巢透明细胞癌的治疗手段更加丰富。本文针对卵巢透明细胞癌的研究现状、病理特征、临床表现、治疗策略等进行系统总结,为相关临床诊疗及研究提供参考。

Ovarian clear cell carcinoma(OCCC)is a special pathological type of ovarian epithelial tumor.It is relatively rare and poses a serious threat to women's health.There are significant differences in the pathological and genetic characteristics between OCCC and ovarian epithelial carcinoma.The etiology of OCCC is not yet clear.At present,surgical treatment and drug chemotherapy are the main treatment methods,but advanced OCCC is prone to drug resistance and has a poor prognosis.With the popularization of genetic testing and the application of new drugs,the treatment methods for OCCC have become more diverse.This article systematically summarizes the research status,pathological characteristics,clinical manifestations,treatment strategies of OCCC,with an aim to provide reference for its clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research.
