摘要
目的分析在2型糖尿病患者的护理中实施三一体新型居家护理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年7月临沂市中医医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组实施常规居家护理,研究组实施三一体新型居家护理,比较两组血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、自我管理行为评分(饮食、血糖检测、运动、足部护理、药物治疗)、遵医行为率。结果护理前,两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自我管理行为评分、遵医行为率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病中实施三一体新型居家护理干预能改善患者的血糖指标,提升患者遵医行为以及自我管理行为。
Objective To analyze the effect of trinity new home nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine home care,and the study group was given trinity new home nursing.The blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postpran⁃dial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),self-management behavior scores(diet,blood glucose detection,exer⁃cise,foot care,drug treatment),and compliance behavior rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score and compliance behavior rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The imple⁃mentation of trinity new home nursing intervention in type 2 diabetes can improve the patient's blood glucose index,improve the patient's compliance behavior and self-management behavior.
