基于保护动机理论的护理干预对糖尿病合并艾滋病患者自护能力的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Protective Motivation Theory on Self-care Ability of Patients with Diabetes and AIDS

目的探究基于保护动机理论的护理干预对糖尿病合并艾滋病患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选择2023年6—12月新疆医科大学第八附属医院收治的140例糖尿病合并艾滋病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为常规组(n=70,常规护理)、观察组(n=70,常规护理+基于保护动机理论的护理干预),对比两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量评分、自护能力评分。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,生活质量评分、自护能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并艾滋病患者应用基于保护动机理论的护理干预可促使患者血糖水平得到改善,且生活质量及自护能力均有所提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of a nursing intervention based on the protective motivation theory on the self-care skills of patients with diabetes mellitus and AIDS.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetes melli-tus combined with AIDS admitted to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods they were divided into rou-tine group(n=70,routine nursing)and observation group(n=70,routine nursing+nursing intervention based on protec-tive motivation theory)according to different nursing methods.The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,quality of life score and self-care ability score were compared between the two groups.Results After the in-tervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group,and the quality of life score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on protective motivation theory in patients with diabetes mellitus and AIDS has improved the blood sugar level and improve the quality of life and self-care ability.
