摘要
氨基酸是一类含有氨基和羧基的有机化合物,除了具有维持肿瘤细胞增殖能力外,还在肿瘤细胞侵袭、免疫逃逸等方面发挥重要作用。近些年的研究也表明,氨基酸代谢在肿瘤诊断及治疗中具有重要意义以及营养缺陷型氨基酸在肿瘤发生发展中起着重要作用。本文就氨基酸代谢在肿瘤中的作用进行综述,深入了解氨基酸代谢在肿瘤诊断及治疗中的作用以及肿瘤发生发展中的作用,有助于为开发新的肿瘤治疗策略提供理论基础。
Amino acids are a kind of organic compounds containing amino and carboxyl groups,which not only maintain the proliferation of tumor cells,but also play an important role in tumor cell invasion and immune escape.Recent studies have shown that amino acid metabolism plays an important role in tumor diagnosis and treatment and auxotrophic amino acids play an important role in tumorigenesis and development.Therefore,this paper reviews the role of amino acid metabolism in tumor and provides in-depth understanding of the role of amino acid metabolism in tumor diagnosis and treatment,as well as tumor occurrence and development,which is helpful to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new tumor treatment strategies.
