明胶基水凝胶中的应用综述

摘要 水凝胶材料作为一种化学或物理交联网络的聚合物材料,具有不溶于水却能吸收高于自身结构质量几倍水的性能,在污水处理、生物医药、农业和食品化学等诸多领域已被广泛应用。水凝胶的性能主要取决于构建高度交联网络的亲水性高分子的组成和结构。近年来,如明胶,卡拉胶和壳聚糖等多种的具有高度亲水性的天然高分子材料相继被用于水凝胶体系的构筑,提高了水凝胶的综合性能。但是,目前针对水凝胶体系中天然明胶高分子与水凝胶体系应用性能之间的影响机制仍未完全清晰。本文重点综述了近年来明胶在不同水凝胶体系中的应用,总结了当下明胶在水凝胶合成制备的研究进展。 Hydrogel is one kind of polymer material,which were physically or chemically crosslinked to form three-dimension network.The hydrogelsare insoluble in water,while they can absorb water several times the weight of its structure,thus has been applied in fields,such as sewage treatment,biomedicine,agriculture and food chemistry.The properties of hydrogel are determined by the constitute and structure of the hydrophilic polymers for the construction of highly crosslinked network.In recent years,highly hydrophilic natural polymers,such as gelatin,carrageenan and chitosan,has been used for the construction of hydrogel system,and improved the comprehensive performance.However,the relationship between natural gelatin and the properties for application of hydrogelsystem are still unclear.Hence,we reviewed the application of gelatin in dfferent application of hydrogel systems for the past few years and summary the development of gelatin in the synthesis and preparation of hydrogelin this paper.
