摘要
胶原蛋白是哺乳动物细胞外基质中的主要结构蛋白,其广泛地存在于动物的皮、骨、肌腱等结缔组织中,主要参与细胞增殖、分化、迁移和细胞间信号传递等生理作用。同时,胶原蛋白具有良好的生物相容性、低免疫原性和生物降解性等生物学特性,被广泛应用于医学美容、组织工程、临床医学和医疗器械等领域。本文综述了胶原蛋白在药物递送、伤口修复和骨组织工程中的研究进展,并对其开发前景进行了展望。
Collagen is a major structural protein in the extracellular matrix of mammalian cells,widely present in animal con-nective tissues such as skin,bone,and tendon,and mainly involved in physiological functions such as cell proliferation,differ-entiation,migration,and intercellular signaling.At the same time,collagen has good biological properties such as good bio-compatibility,low immunogenicity,and biodegradability,and is widely used in medical beauty,tissue engineering,clinical medicine,and medical devices.This article reviews the research progress of collagen in drug delivery,wound repair,and bone tissue engineering,and prospects for its development prospects.
