摘要
随着情感研究在学界的兴起,“教师情感劳动”这一话题日益受到关注。基于此,对2000—2023年的教师情感劳动研究进行分析,呈现该领域的发文量、主要作者以及研究主题。研究发现,从发文量来看,教师情感劳动研究数量不断增长并成为当下研究的热点;从作者来看,中国学者尤其是香港特别行政区学者在这一领域作出了重要贡献;从研究主题来看,已有研究搭建了“前因—策略—后果”的研究框架。未来的研究可以在已有框架的基础上,从时间、地点、主体和研究方法等维度进一步探究,以期使情感劳动成为促进教师专业发展的新路径。
With the rise of emotional research in the academic circle,the topic of teachers’emotional labor has attracted more and more attention.Based on this,this paper analyzes the research on teachers’emotional labor from 2000 to 2023,and presents the number of publications,main authors,and research topics in the field.The study found that the number of the researches on teachers’emotional labor has been increasing and has become a hot spot of current research from the perspective of the number of publications.Chinese scholars,especially scholars from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,have made important contributions in this field from the perspective of authors.Existing studies have built a research framework of“antecedents-strategies-consequences”from the perspective of research topics.On the basis of the existing framework,future research can be further explored from the dimensions of time,place,subject and research method,so as to make emotional labor a new way to promote teachers’professional development.
