摘要
素质教育转变了“唯分数”论的学生评价方式,同时对教师的评价素养提出了新的要求。而素质教育背景下的中小学教师评价素养存在以下问题,即评价目的疏忽了反馈改进的功能、评价内容阻滞了其他四育的发展、评价能力薄弱有限而忽视多元路径、评价设计缺乏系统性评价思维。基于此,可以采取更新评价理念、提供制度保障、加强教师实践反思等提升教师评价素养的路径,以期更好地落实素质教育。
Quality education has changed the student evaluation method of“score-only”theory,and put forward new requirements for teachers’evaluation literacy.Under the background of quality education,the evaluation literacy of primary and secondary school teachers has the following problems,that is,the purpose of evaluation neglects the function of feedback improvement,the content of evaluation hinders the development of other four education,the ability of evaluation is weak and limited,and the multi-path is neglected,and the evaluation design lacks systematic evaluation thinking.Based on this,it is necessary to improve teachers’evaluation literacy,such as updating evaluation concepts,providing institutional guarantees,and strengthening teachers’practical reflection,so as to better implement quality education.
