“政校行企”协同视角下拔尖双创人才培育模式设计

Design of Top-notch Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation Mode from the Perspective of“Government-School-Industry-Enterprise”Collaboration

摘要 多元协同培育是加强新时代科学培育工作的核心理念,是提升拔尖双创人才实践创新能力的关键举措,是实现高质量发展的必然要求。针对培育协同性不足、培育体系未形成、培育方式不完全等问题,设计“政校行企”协同拔尖双创人才培育模式,涵盖基础型“多样主体”协同培育手段、综合型“多种形式”协同培育体系、创新型“多方平台”协同培育方式三种模式,并给出具体的实施保障举措,所形成的全方位、多层次、广形式的培育模式,可以为拔尖双创人才的培育和发展奠定基础。 Diversified collaborative cultivation is the core concept of strengthening scientific cultivation in the new era,a key measure to enhance the practical and innovative abilities of top-notch innovation and entrepreneurship talents,and an inevitable requirement to achieve high-quality development.In view of the problems of insufficient collaborative cultivation,unformed cultivation system and incomplete cultivation methods,a cultivation model of“government-school-industry-enterprise”collaborative top-notch innovative and entrepreneurial talents is designed,which covers three modes of basic“multi-subject”collaborative cultivation methods,comprehensive“multi-form”collaborative cultivation system and innovative“multi-party platform”collaborative cultivation mode.Guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of this model are proposed.The all-round,multi-level and wide-form cultivation model can lay the foundation for the cultivation and development of top-notch innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
