民用飞机维修中的科学问题

摘要 本文凝练并给出了民用飞机维修的价值追求,包括飞机设计与制造的安全性、机载系统的能观性与能控性、维修经济性以及维修流程的可操作性与可推广性。梳理并总结了现行维修体系的实现路径,包括初始适航、维修技术体系、维修成本控制以及维修技术和管理的普适性。对比分析了预防性维修和预测性维修的主要特征,指明未来的民用飞机维修将以预测性维修模式为核心特征。详细讨论了民用飞机维修面临的6个方面的需求和对策以及对科学问题的思考。 The value pursuit of civil aircraft maintenance is condensed and presented,including the safety in aircraft design and manufacturing,the observability and controllability of onboard systems,maintenance economy,and the operability and generalizability of maintenance processes.This paper have sorted out and summarized the implementation path of the current civil aircraft maintenance system,including initial airworthiness,maintenance technology system,maintenance cost control,and universality of maintenance technology and management.A comparative analysis was conducted on the main characteristics of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance,indicating that predictive maintenance mode will be the core feature of future civil aircraft maintenance.Detailed discussion was conducted on the six aspects of the needs and strategies faced by civil aircraft maintenance,as well as considerations on scientific issues.
